Traditional Broccoli Slaw

I LOVE broccoli slaw, but I get so tired of spending money on the store bought kind, and do not like the unknown ingredients. So, I decided I would make it myself, and guess what?! It turned out great, and even better than the store bought brand!

10 oz bag of Broccoli Slaw (or you could really do the home made version, and put your broccoli through the food processor)
1/4 cup mayo
1 1/4 tsp cider vinegar
2 tsp sugar or sugar substitute (I used splenda)
Salt and Pepper to taste

In large bowl, combine may, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add broccoli slaw and gently toss until covered. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Easy as that! ENJOY!!!
