In honor of National Pie Day on Sunday, I made
Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie.
YUMMM!
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts, optional
9-inch pie crust
Directions
1. Cream together eggs, sugar, brown sugar and butter.
2. Add flour, mixing well.
3. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts, if desired.
4. Spread in pie crust.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour, or until center tests done.
Serve room temp or warm with a scoop of ice cream!
Serves 6-8

I made this about 2 weeks ago and it was fabulous! So easy and tastes like a big gooey chocolate chip cookie! Leftovers were just as good too!!
