Tuesday Treats: Summer Fruit Dip

Ingredients:
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
8 oz fat free plain yogurt
4 splenda packets
1 tsp vanilla extract
11 oz canned mandarin oranges, drained
assorted fruit, sliced
Directions:
In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add yogurt, vanilla, and splenda; beat until smooth.
Set aside three oranges (for garnish). In a small bowl, mash remaining oranges with fork; drain.
Stir oranges into cream cheese mixture.
Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with three oranges.
Refrigerate until serving.
In the meantime, slice fruit and slide onto bamboo sticks.
