Mmmmm....Maryland Crab Cakes!

MMMmmm...
Ingredients:
1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 cup mayo
squirt of lemon
1/4 to 1/2 packet of McCormicks Classic Crab Cake mix
Pat of butter on each crab cake
Mix all ingredients together.


Make into little cakes.
Top with butter on each cake.


Broil for 6-8 minutes.


ENJOY!

  1. Crab cakes just might be my favorite food in the whole wide world! If I eat at a good place that had crab cakes, that is what I am getting, no questions asked. I mean, why look more at the menu? I can never find any crab meat around here. But, I just saw a little container like this at a grocery store on Tuesday. I am going to have to go back, get some, and make these! (Hummm, don't know about finding the crab cake mix)
